DMCA & Takedown
Last updated: October 25, 2026
TinyDeskAI (tinydeskai.video) is an independent fan tool for parody videos. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NPR, NPR Music's Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band, or any team, school or league, and all names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We respect the rights of artists, creators and the people in our users' photos.
Who can ask for removal
Any rights holder, or someone authorized to act for them, can ask us to remove material from TinyDeskAI. This includes NPR, the artists and their labels and publishers. You can ask us to remove any material on the site, including anything shown on our pages and videos made with our tool.
If a video shows you and you did not want it made, you can ask us to remove it too, whether or not you are a public figure.
How to send a takedown notice
Email support@tinydeskai.video with the subject "Takedown request" and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the copyrighted work (or other right) you believe is infringed.
- The URL or a clear description of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
If your request is about something other than copyright, such as your likeness, your privacy or a trademark, email us at the same address and explain the issue. We handle those requests too.
What happens next
We review every notice promptly. When a notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the material and may let the user who created it know. We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you had the right to use it, you can send a counter-notice to support@tinydeskai.video that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
Please be accurate
Knowingly making false claims in a notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages.
