Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get a refund from TinyDeskAI (tinydeskai.video). It is part of our Terms of Service.

TinyDeskAI sells one-time credit packs only. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.

Failed videos

If a video fails to render, the credits you spent on it are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Videos that come out clearly broken

AI results are not perfect, and a video will look like the person, not a perfect copy. If a finished video is clearly broken, for example the face is missing or on the wrong person, or the clip is glitched, email us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Credit packs

• Credits never expire.
• You can request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase, as long as no credits from that pack have been used.
• Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully are not refundable, except as described above.

How to request a refund

Email support@tinydeskai.video from the email address on your account and include the date of the purchase. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; it usually takes 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. When a purchase is fully refunded, any remaining credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank.
